About Anne Marie:

I began sewing at the age of 9 when I joined an organization by the name of 4-H. My aunt was also a seamstress and taught me many things about sewing. Since I have always been a person of size it was necessary for me to make clothing. Clothing manufacturers usually think that if you are of size you have short legs, too much hindside, with short waist and arms.

  I have been sewing for the less fortunate in our community for sometime, especially for children and seniors. I make the garment for the cost of the fabric and materials. That way, they have new clothes and I get to sew, which I love to do. I also sew for window dressing stores and interior designers.
