We have been lucky to find a

great location to make our home.

At River Road and Merry Lane

in Merry Lane Park.

Starting weekend of July 24 

we will be open both Saturday and Sunday

with on location Night Watchman

NEW HOURS

Saturday  hours 11am - 9pm

Sunday hours 10:30am - 4:30pm

This is a large park area able to accomidate around 40 to 50 10x10 spaces

as well as all parking

 Set up starts Saturday at 7 am

Walkins welcomed for additional $3.00 on space fee up to 10 am

Market Creator Vendor Rules

All creators are required to show for no less than

 2 Saturdays of each month

(unless special circumstances apply)

Creators are required to stay until 4pm market day

(Unless special arrangments are made)

Creators will clean and remove trash from their space

All creators are required to sign liabilaty waiver to protect land owner

We don't want to have a bunch of rules like some markets

but for those who can't abide by these few rules

they will not be welcomed back.

Table space fee is Sat.$7.50- Sun.$5.00 Weekend rate $10.00

(cover provided not table

 extra easy ups may be needed earn discount if you share)

Small tent approx. 8x8 is Sat. $11.75 - Sun. $7.75  Weekend Rate $16.00

Large 10 x 10 is Sat. $15.00 - Sun. $9.00 Weekend rate $21.00

Or we now offer the choice of 15% commision on all sales

so if you have no sales there is no fee

Earn $2.50 off for each referal

Those needing only table space and have easy up tents they can share pay half price

Electricity is available, bring extension cords

Snacks, Water and Soda are available

The location you are looking for is under the City of Eugene Jurisdiction.  I have a link on my website for the 2007 traffic flow map and there is a phone number for their department on the link.  If you go to my traffic counting website (http://www.oregon.gov/ODOT/TD/TDATA/tsm/tvt.shtml) and scroll to the bottom, you will find links to other jurisdictions and the city of Eugene is one of them.

When I look at their flow map, the approximate volume on River Rd between Howard and Horn is 20,700 vehicles per day.

This section of River Road property is still county and is zoned residentual.

To protect the property owner all creators are required to sign a

 waiver of liabilaty OR aquire vendors insurance

Through State Farm it can be as low as $15.00 a month

and protects up to $50,000 including your inventory
